This approach of Authentic Movement is based on the work and vision from Zoe Avstreih, offering a liberating form, allowing access to the memories inserted in the body tissues, giving permission to be oneself beyond social conventions and conditionings, enabling us to take better responsibility for our experiences and feelings, inducing empathetic presence to oneself and others.

Participants without AM training are welcome in this series. Possibility to progressively join a long term deepening group for those participating in the 5 classes.

Costs :
$155 or more > support the art /
