Being agile in our movements and gestures allow us to navigate our existence with great physical ease and mental flexibility.
To develop and stimulate our movement vocabulary is a fundamental basis for rich expression and refined manifestation of our deepest feelings and sensations, allowing us to tell the tale of our true connexion to life with eloquence, adaptability and subtlety.
At Studio D325, in Montréal - Mile-End

> Costs: $50 à $110, sliding scale according to capacity
(suggested : $50 students-unemployed — $70 tight budget — $90 regular — $110 & + support the art)
Dinner : bring a dish to share in a delicious pot luck formula.
Also : make sure you "brunch" enough in the morning, and bring snacks.
